Andre` Huneault was elected Quartermaster of VFW Post 1264 in May, 2023.

Andre` served in the United States Navy as a Builder with the U.S. Naval Construction Battalion(s) (Seabees) from 1992-1995, he did a small stint in the Army National Guard as a Combat Medic from 1995-1997 but returned to the U.S. Navy Seabees where he retired in 2015. Andre` received the Army Commendation Medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal, Navy and Marines Achievement Medal, Army and Navy Good Conduct, Navy Meritorious Service Medal (2x), Humanitarian Service Medal, and multiple Overseas Services.

Andre` joined the VFW in 2010 and returned in 2022 to Post 1264 in Roanoke, Va. There, he maintains his Life Membership and is working on his Silver Legacy Membership. Andre` is also the Honor Guard Coordinator and the Vice President of the Riders.
